My elder brother has got over all 945 marks in cse 2023 and we belong to obc category and non creamy layer but my elder brother by mistake has filled his category in creamy layer due to that he was counted as general category as this year cutoff for obc is 919 marks he should have got selected but due to his own mistake he didn't got selected i wanted to know that is there anything we could do now?
