This was not a transfer case problem. It was and still is because the design of the quarter master clutch.
@jan_eliasson it was the transfer case...I did change clutches twice and still made it. The gears were a little out of spec when it was rebuilt
what do u mean by that i have the exactly same sound with a whine aswell but all friends say its the transfer case ? cann u tell me the exact problem ?
