Kind of looked like he underestimated his opponent. At the start of the vid Maxx had to even call his attention. Personally that kind of body language shows you're not taking your opponent seriously. Sometimes it's small things like that which ultimately influence the decision of matches.
Rubix clearly had more Flow than Max, he deserved his place! I don't know what you based your votes on, ladies and gentlemen, but it's clear that his dance style is too far for you.

I'd say this was a tie. Rubix had a good intro and slowly fell off at the end. Max had a slow start and slowly built up to a good finish.
