Great technique that adds visual interest to the darling quilt. Thanks for demonstrating this technique. Though seemingly wasteful there is no other way to construct it. A different situation than oft-used methods that are wasteful AND have alternative no waste methods.

I’m not understanding how you trimmed the block. How wide will the row be?
Since I’m right handed would I start from the opposite end?
