How can I fix a floating screen?? The levers won’t allow the screen to lay on the garment, and there is about an inch of space between my screen and the garment table.
Yeah so this is a problem for many people. There is a bit of fine tuning needed between the off contact limiting bolt and the clamp head height relative to the arm. The projected angle of off contact seems too high no matter what as there is no tilt to compensate as you raise it up. I'm trying a few things today to level it out. It is possible but a lot of messing about which we shouldn't have to do really

The only way I found is to remove the locator. If you remove the locator the screen will sit much closer to the garment. Hope this helps.
