Bill Phillips spoke about what he plans on doing when elected for Pima County Sheriff. He will be going after trafficking and fentanyl as well as illegal immigrants. Animal Cruelty is a tell tale sign for someone who has no respect for life. If they don’t care about animals, they probably don’t care about human beings. Bill will start a reserve program to keep talent from leaving the sheriffs department. He also wants a rapid response team to take care of everyone. Bill is not a politician, and plans on enforcing the law.
