The turret doesn't matter, lol. This thing is a faster more nimble pz4 70 at a lower BR. And it's got it's got the snails op version of neutral steer so literally all you gotta do is sit and pivot.... No turret needed. It's a 5.7 tank at 5.0 and people still insist that's it's awful.
I love the 3002, it's just a better panther. It's weird to say but I played it like a radkampwagen, just floors to a front line sniping position, then relocates after two shots. It is really important to compensate the weekness of the tank by positioning. It is extremely rewarding when your knowledge works and I believe this is one of the tanks that can have extremely high skill caps. Works really well even in uptiers, and it's just a very cool tank to look at

I like the Skink, too. Well, except for 2 things: 1) it's a one big ammo rack. No matter what I'm hit with, HE, APHE, even APCR, it's ammo goes boom-boom... -.- 2) it has less ammo than stated in the ammo selection. 8 mags are missing. 56 in game vs 64 in the selection screen. That's two reloads less...

When I spawn in game, I have 20 mags of AP (which is correct) but only 36 mags of HE (while loaded AP). That means that I'm missing 8 mags of HE... I hope this made it clearer for you...
3002 is a good tank for sniping, like an AT. Good ballistic, nice armour piercing, slow turret, fair armour and speed. For rat-fighting in a towns it's too large and slow in maneuvering
As a beginner, I enjoy this thing way more than the Tiger H1. This has reliable front armor most enemies don't have a shit about how to penetrate, meanwhile the Tiger's AnGLeD armor gets absolutely wrecked by the slavaboos. It's faster, has a stronker gun (at least I feel like it) and is more fun to use. I'd absolutely recommend this over the Tigers
If you go into the test drive and kill a tank and it explodes into nothing sometimes, go into the little crater and it will spawn inside your tank. Then you can drive through it whenever you want.
I’ve heard a fair few people say the VK is trash. I would like to personally ask them wtf were they expecting? You’re sacrificing armor for a lower BR Panther, you’re gonna get dunked on by smaller guns. You get the good with the bad
Shooting Cobra Kings/Jumbos into the middle of the front plate and wondering why it doesn't pen? Seems like a skill issue there. I struggled to not rack up kills in the VK 30.02
Now Panther players can experience what it's like to be a T-34 but with more crew space, survivability and and a much better cannon. But they'll still complain about Germany being "weak".
I love playing the T-34 but I’ll say whole heartedly the Panther Prototype has a much worse turret traverse and as someone who does snap shot in the 34 85 a lot it’s annoying to say the least. But overall I’m stock so maybe the mobility and stuff will get better. But that turret traverse speed is a murderer in brawl situations unlike my T-34 85. If the M-18 had a better gun but panther D turret traverse I’d say hail no. Having the reliability to get the first shot is more important than sheer gun performance on its own. I’ll wait till it’s upgraded but so far the acceleration is not even close to my T-34-85 and it’s a higher profile tank so you get spotted a lot more especially being a big grey shark out of water 😭💀🤣.
Regarding the thumbnail, I think my friend found its all panthers with that mantlet..mantles... gaijin nerfed em or something.(I don't play Germany so it's his word)

The turret traverse is almost a deal-breaker. It's horrifyingly slow.

Except the Pz IV/70 has excellent armour only the Russian 122 mm can reliably penetrate.
Definitely 5.3 material, though.

Nah you just dont angle well, my tiger is almost unkillable until they shoot the turret or cupola if i angled it well
