My Constitutional rights were violated by a group of colluded abusers and corrupt judges are accomplices in crimes against me!
Corrupt Judge Sheila Stinson made outrages Order from 7th September 2017 of the case that I filed, as a petitioner, and victim of domestic violence, FD-2016-4164(Oklahoma State District). But I didn't know how legal system is corrupt, I SHOULD FILED VPO (Protective Order) IMMEDIATLY, INSTEAD OF FILING A CASE IN FAMILY COURT, BECAUSE JUDGES FAMYLY LAW SO CORRUPT!
She ignored the facts that I am a victim of the abuser, Marcus Flowers, who forced me to sign his divorce papers, intimidated me, slandered me without any proof, kicked me out on a street with nothing, no green card, no SSN, no authorization for work and she comply me a victim of abuse, who have to survive everyday with no green card, no SSN, no authorization to work and have income after all abuse, she comply me to pay to abuser and she denied my Motion to Modify Custody.
Despite the all facts of abuse and that I had to survive every day and live in a pain of separation with my daughter, Sheila Stinson didn't find that for 3 years old, just 3 years old baby girl will be not traumatized from separation with her mother and she granted abuser, cheater , who cheated on me with his girlfriend and spent nights somewhere else but not at home, Marcus Flowers, she granted him to relocation with my baby, even over the seas.
Sheila Stinson ignored the facts that I had to survive every day after abuser, Marcus Flowers took advantage on me forced me to sign his divorce papers, intimidated me, slandered me without any proof, kicked me out on a street with nothing, no green card, no SSN, no authorization for work and she set up me to a victim of abuse, who have to survive everyday with no green card, no SSN, no ability to work and have income despite all of this she falsificated numbers of my non existing income as a 1257$ that is already a criminal act! And she comply ME TO PAY TO ABUSER, WHO CHEATED ON ME AND WHO SLANDER ME AND KICKED ME OUT ON A STREET WITH NOTHING, SEPARATED ME WITH MY BABY, SHE COMPLY ME, THE VICTIM OF HIS ABUSE, TO PAY TO ABUSER THE CHILD SUPPORT, TO ABUSER WHOSE SALARY MORE THAN 9000$ MONTHLY AND I HAD NO GREEN CARD, NO SSN, NO UATORISATION TO WORK, NO INCOME, NO CAR, NO DRIVER LICENSE, NOBODY TO HELP ME, SHE COMPLY ME TO PAY TO ABUSER CHILD SUPPORT!
On my question on that hearing 7th September 2017, “How am I gonna pay child support if I don't even have a green card, SSN, no authorization for work, no income, no job, nothing?” She responded: “IT’S A STANDARD PRACTICE.” So, it's a standard practice for her to ignore all the facts of defendants abuse, set up non-existing income, falsification numbers and grant abusers with all requests.
Defendant took my daughter from me, kicked me out on a street of Oklahoma, got back to Georgia with my daughter and with his mistress Sandy. While I had to survive everyday and try to obtain Justice here in Oklahoma. Its took me almost 4 years to get a green card as a battered spouse, every day of survive, stress and grief, meanwhile defendant and his mistress got marry and did not let me talk with my daughter, what is against the Order.
Since August 2019, from the moment when my daughter started to ask and demand the answers, what happened, why I am here and she is there, and told the truth. But abusers lied to her allegedly I left her myself and abusers cut off all my contacts from my daughters facetime and dictate me new rules, if I want to talk with my daughter, I have to call on abusers phone and each calls is supervised with abusers control, THAT IS AGAINST THE ORDER! So abusers got more outrages and abuse is CONTINUED, abusers did not let me talk with my daughter through facetime FREELY according with Order, but abusers make own abusive rules and they lied to me from her 3 years old allegedly I left my baby myself. Beside that my banderols I sent to my daughter on her birthday, but abusers return it to me, abusers even didn't allowed my baby to receive from me the presents that is an abusive TORTURE from abusers feeling absolute impunity.
Beside that Defendant, feeling absolute impunity made a public libel on me with a disgusting slander article in “The New public” I filed a Complaint about.
I Dismiss judge S. Stinson from my case. But faced with another corrupt Judge, E. Kerr. My requests to comply with abusers to follow the Order ended up with my Complaint dismissal, by another corrupt Judge E. Kerr in agreement of defendants attorneys compelled me to pay to abusers attorneys fees of amount $ 9, 305.28. So, every time I tried to comply abuser to follow the Law, but INSTEAD OF THE FOLLOW THE LAW, CORRUPTED ACCOMPLICES OF LEGAL SYSTEM PUT ON ME MORE OUTRAGES ORDERS AND MAKE ME TO PAY TO ABUSERS!
