Demonstrations of Learning at Madison and Johnson Elementary Schools. June 2024

This video explains how two schools use the process of Demonstrations of Learning to give students, all students, both some responsibility and agency around their transition from elementary school to middle school. In Demonstrations of Learning, fifth grade students tell their story. They share about their strengths, interests and values, outline their plans for the future, and provide concrete examples of the skills they have developed in order to succeed in middle school and beyond.
