Will this also cut ABS pipe?

It works good, but lately it's been cutting the pipe on an angle instead of a straight cut not sure why

I have one, soon to be had one. I was cutting 2" pipe. The OD is 2.4" rounding up. It crushed the pipe instead of cutting it. This ruined my pipe and the blade got stuck in the pipe and wouldn't open. The pot metal tab to release the blade broke off. Had to disassemble the cutter to get it off. The blade seemed pretty sharp too. Maybe this might work for 1.5" ID pvc but it most certainly does not cut 2" as advertised.

Same thing just happened to me today. The blade even popped out and could have seriously injured someone.

It's a shame they don't have something for the 1 5/8" cutter. The blade layout is completely different and I can't for the life of me get the damn thing to cut anything.

This is garbage. As it cuts with a brand new blade it begins to press the pipe at an angle and is crooked cut no matter how you hold the pipe/blade.

This tool is total junk. Cut about 1/8" into 1 1/2" pvc pipe and now the blade is stuck in pipe. Won't release or cut anymore. What a waste of MY TIME.
