I think that if the marquee player is a hero or icon you choose a club they played for, and then use a player that matches the club and nation so its a bit easier to guess players

Colombian...here they kidnap randomly. if they find out you have money you stay alive and get released. if you dont you either join them or die and never be heard of again. But its more common in small towns or places far away from the big cities. But normally its only kidnap and its extremely rare. murders are common but between gangs, not random people. Its actually a very safe country
