Do you even have a weak foot btw? How did you improve your weak foot, any specific ways to make it better.
just train your weak foot the same way you would train your strong one. That's how I did, and I am now two-footed. Also, to avoid injury engage in bodyweight training or weight training and stretching to decrease your vulnerability to injury.
I'm a midfielder who can play any where. And one of the main things to be a midfielder is to be versatile and have a great stamina. Cuz you have to run everywhere.
