i am looking to buy a used cx-4 2019. i'm a bit confused by looking at the different trims. the one i am lookin to buy has the older 2018 black and gray rims, has normal no leather seats ,but the seats do have motorized adjustment with 2 position memory., power tailgate, 360 camera view. i can't figure out what trim it is.
If I was to give my input, if you aren’t planning on spending the extra to get the premium equipment package on the touring model I would personally get the Sport model with the I-Activ safety package.

I am trying to decide between leasing the 2020 cx5 sport and cx5 touring...the only part that has me debating is the leather seats in the touring that i like..but other than that..is there really a HUGE difference in the quality of the car? Which would you suggest? The touring would cost me about $40 more a month. But times 36 months. It does add up lol looking forward to your feedback. Thanks!

If we are talking about 100% in house it was the FW6A-EL, this was the 6-Speed auto transmission that they still use currently. That started manufacturing in 2012.
Was the suspension tuned or altered in any way for the 2019 CX-5 in comparison with the 2018 and 2017? Or all of them across the board have the same suspension?
Does sport mode help give more power when ur driving on a bumpy dirt road with lots of dips? I got accidentally made it onto this type of road when lost one time and was afraid i was gonna get stuck since i only have the sport fwd and i turned on sport mode thinking maybe it would help. I didnt get stuck but idk if putting it in sport mode made a difference or not
Sport mode doesn’t actually give the vehicle more power. What it does is change how the vehicle shifts and increases the speed in which you accelerate. Basically it puts fuel economy aside to focus on getting you up and going faster. So possibly yes it could assist in the situation but what difference it did make was most likely marginal at best. Of course I haven’t tested this so maybe it really does help!

Are are lights on the lift gate ( the red part) supposed to light up or are they reflector lights ( and the white part -back up lights). Mazda corporate could not answer that question about my sport model.
@@tsfb There is a kit for it, I have not seen a guide that isn't exclusively available to dealerships. You have to replace the USB module in the vehicle and rewire all the connections going through it. I have personally watched the job be done and you pretty much have to pull out your entire dash to accomplish this job.
If you look through any of the major car ratings and compare how they score. Yes, the CX-5 is head and shoulders above the Rogue. The Rogue does win in the price department though, Nissan loves their huge rebates. Just a matter of what your budget is.

Nothing has changed with the CX-5 suspension in those year ranges! Across the board it is the same setup.

Does the sport have heated mirrors? I have a 2019 CX-5 sport with the I-Active safety sense package.
It does not, you actual have to go to the Grand Touring trim level before you get the heated side mirrors.

The CX-5 is usually compared to the Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, and the Subaru Forester.
Are the seats comfortable
I personally think they are pretty comfortable for long distance trips!

Does it have driver lumbar seats?
The Sport Model does not, the manual lumbar control starts on the Touring Model. Power lumbar starts on the Grand Touring Model.

Apple CarPlay does not come standard in the sport model. It can be added though!
carplay/android auto should be standard like the blind spot and push start . the only reason im not getting this car ...

I have the signature model from 2019, they look like the same units and are actually very solid.
