simply, unikey is just an app that change the keyboard layout, with Windows, we actually don't need that, but with Vietnam Citizens use Windows will need that, because they don't know how to setup another layout
Edit : this is a stupid reason right? yes, but only 50%, cuz I don't know how to setup another layout on Windows 8/7 or Vista/XP/ME/... (xD)
