I completely agree I am a Pakistani student here in Paris I just got into a fight in metro just on the basis of racial colour and haterism. A mob attacked me that ended in getting my phone stolen. In france racism is a big issue that havent been highlighted that much.

Yes, it’s important that a person be judged on his actions and not his religion, had this experience in India itself before

People don't believe I'm from India when I tell them but when they know I'm from India, I experience racism but I don't live in france
Are they only like that to indian or to all other nationalities?
Not racism but generally I found the society to be very sad and bitter as compared to Spain, Italy and UK who are a lot more open. They were really bitter towards English speakers particularly British and Americans. Also, its crazy that most of their country can't afford an AC in 5 months of peak summer since bills are higher and they are asking you if you can afford to pay for your apartment.
