- In my store, I make homemade milks for all my cakes. Today I want to share with one of the most delicious homemade dairy-free milk that is very hard to find without any sugar or additives in the grocery stores.
So, today we will be making Hazelnut Milk. And from the leftovers of these nuts, we will make a hazelnut flour.
More ideas of flavoring hazelnut milk please back in couple of days. I will add a link to the file with my recipes.

Add the milk to a sauce pan and heat to 150 degrees Celsius This will thicken the milk to a lovely cream! This is the best hazelnut video!

Hi..can I make premix coffee latte powder with these hazelnut flour?
Can I use this recipe for walnuts too? My child is allergic to every other nut.

I was using coconut oil for all your beautiful recipes but now I’ve found out that my child has reaction to it and I don’t know which other oil to use. I tried with olive oil but oh has a strong flavor. Child can’t have sunflower oil, too.

Sure, you can leave pulp in the dehydrator overnight. It can’t be over dried :) but 4-5 hours also enough.

Do you use roasted or unroasted hazelnuts?
