I think she's just operating under the highly anecdotal belief that everyone over 25 have a more developed brain. If both options is about saving time then both answers are valid. You either save time by not sleeping or not buying and eating lots of healthy food. It‘s also about how you argue your choice, right? If you get content out of it - then food is more valuable than sleep, but you also could use the extra time you don‘t spend on sleep to think about content ideas and do collaborations or think of business ideas. I would imagine if you give someone with vast amounts of money and knowledge a 23h productive work day, like Elon Musk, then he would achieve much more than with the food thing.
Yeah, I'd say good sleep is pretty hard to come by so that coupled with it leaving more time in the day for other things makes it the better option in my opinion
I also always tried to prepare for important conversations ahead of time in my head. Additionally to train my english skills (I'm not a native speaker) I always tried to make up some conversations like a job interview or something where someone would ask about myself so I could be prepared in case this situation ever happens. It's also kinda helpful to have an answer prepared in your native language. I really had to think hard when I asked myself what my hobbies are :D
I got together with my husband at age 20 and kids was definitely part of of the early dating stage, I think it's important to discuss as soon as possible so you don't waste time as Lily said

I feel like I always have no time and I just always wish I didn’t have to sleep so I’d have more time.
