I disagree, I find her age rules to be evasive. Like she would date someone 25+, but only hook up with someone 23? I think she's just operating under the highly anecdotal belief that everyone over 25 have a more developed brain. I'm not saying that's NOT TRUE, but 25 isn't like the hard stop. brain development can happen before or after that age. So I think Toast's philosophy is quite valid. If you get content out of it - then food is more valuable than sleep, but you also could use the extra time you don‘t spend on sleep to think about content ideas and do collaborations or think of business ideas. I would imagine if you give someone with vast amounts of money and knowledge a 23h productive work day, like Elon Musk, then he would achieve much more than with the food thing.

Lily and Jodi wouldn't have to worry about weight or anything because according to their version of the prompt, it would be perfect nutrition from eating whatever. From the way they explained it, they see it as getting in the best shape of their lives for free. I'd prefer no sleep but I care about how I look less than how I'm slowly killing myself with my shit sleep schedule.

Additionally to train my english skills (I'm not a native speaker) I always tried to make up some conversations like a job interview or something where someone would ask about myself so I could be prepared in case this situation ever happens. It's also kinda helpful to have an answer prepared in your native language. I really had to think hard when I asked myself what my hobbies are :D

I feel like I always have no time and I just always wish I didn’t have to sleep so I’d have more time. Also as someone who’s recovered from an ed, I’m happy with the way I eat now and I feel healthier than ever so I don’t feel the need to have every single vitamin at 100%. Especially during my ed, I obsessively tried that and it just turned me from a restricting ed to a binge ed so now I definitely have no interest in that bc Ik how not-worth it it is
