kourtney went on a trip with kendall and all of her friends. Kourtney was constantly embarrassing Kendall in front of her own friends to make them laugh. They all went to the grocery store and Kendall had a shopping list, Kendall said "let's not go off the shopping list too much because we don't want to waste food". So when they got back Kourtney told Khloe that Kendall screamed at her and everyone else on the trip in the middle of the grocery store that they couldn't get potatoes. basically just over dramatising everything.
