Had vertigo when I got out of bed. It stayed with me most of the day. A friend suggested I view this video. I did the exercise and it was left side vertigo and it resolved the first time I did the exercise. I plan on repeating it dailey for a while. Thank you

Thanks for all. But I can't complete the manœuvre because the vertigo is so violent that I stand up quickly.

I’m 74 and was diagnosed with Menier’s when I was 60. I have lost all medium range hearing in left ear.have very loud ring and whosing in my left ear.vertigo on average last 3-5 hrs. Get very sick. It has gotten very bad in the last couple months.went back to my ENT had VNG TEST again and was diagnosed with Meniers again along with BPPV and vertigo. Is this likely to have menier’s and BPPV .Never heard of having both.

I’ve tried everything for my vertigo, and Planet Ayurveda’s treatment is by far the best.

I'd like to know why this works, and for those where it does work, what's the typical duration of the cessation of systems. Days, weeks? And should one continue doing these a few times a week as preventive care?

The idea on why it works is the maneuver removes the crystals of calcium carbonate from the semicircular canals of your ears. This stops the false sense of spinning when indeed you are not actually spinning. You should have relief within 1 -2 days of performing the procedure if that was the problem. Hope that helps and thanks for watching the channel!

My wife had it maybe 5, maybe 6 years ago. The treatment helped until now when it seems to have come back. She turns 75 next month. She did no further treatment once it went away. The crystals had been absorbed, preventive treatment was not called for. It resolved itself in 2 or 3 days.

Why do some people recover quickly and others it keeps happening to

Great question. Each injury is different with respect to weakness, fatigue, arthritic changes, other heath and age related issues. That being said, I think everyone has potential to improve. BEST OF LUCK!
