This is super informative and very helpful. Thank you. I have a request- can you please make a video where we can understand where exactly Initiating stops and Planning starts? This will be immensely beneficial.👍
Thanks for the suggestion. Initiation goes on iteratively. The stakeholder register will keep on being upated far into the project. It is not a linear relationship. 2 processes happen in INITIATING: - DEVELOP PROJECT CHARTER (a project charter could be created for each project or phase and an assumptions log) - IDENTIFY STAKEHOLDERS (a stakeholder register is created and updated as stakeholders come and go).
All processes in the Monitoring and Controlling process group EXCEPT those in integration. Control Scope, Validate Scope, Control Schedule, Control Cost, Control Quality, Control Resources, Monitor Communications, Monitor Risks, Control Procurements, Monitor Stakeholder Engagement
love your channel ive been trying to take the exam. bit dealing with a child with issues. (5 hospital staus this year including a heart valve replacement). everytime i think i got it something happens and i have to put off the test. it is disheartening at times
Oh my goodness my friend! So so sorry to hear this. You are doing the right thing in focusing on family. It is tough though I feel your pain. Stay strong and this channel will always be here for you. pmp.pmradio.org has a full 20 hour free course. Keep visiting until the time is right! Thanks. Best wishes. - Phill
PMBOK 7 is pretty non-existent in student circles which is why PMI released Process Groups a Practice Guide. In my opinion, the only big thing from PMBOK 7 is understanding the Value Delivery System and the 12 Principles. Watch my video on 7th edition and that should suffice for now. ruclips.net/video/ep3oXYkf6O4/видео.html

@@Praizion thank you so much. i will get there. i just have to take it one day at a time.
where does the Integrated fits in amongst the 5 Process Groups..
What date does the PMBOK7 start? On the PMI site I still see PMBOK6. Looking to take this by the end of the month.
Just want to make sure I'm studying the right material for the exam this month.
