What are you talking about? At best Miley is mid. This last album was the best thing she's released by a whole lot and there are 2 decent tracks and two great tracks. That's sad this far into a career.
Well, I never listened to her, other than what might have played on the radio and just always had a care less attitude about her, this hit different. So did "Flowers". Maybe she's got more of the goods yet to come...We will see! lol. She was a younger demo too, so that may be why she was so popular in the 90's.

I had this picture in my mind of her as some bratty celebrity child start, daughter of superstar, with an attitude and once I saw her away from those "escapades" and shenanigans, as a woman performing, not a disney star, the music is getting better. I think trying to break away from Disney and then Liam cheating on her what maybe 14 times it’s a ledge and eight months they were married is why she was dressed so risqué. TW: rape, drugs, and eating disorders I think as a whole, that era of Disney Child Stars needed Child Protective Services or at least therapy at an earlier age. Many of them were overworked even though they were minors which led to many (not all) to make a couple of bad decisions/events. Demi Lavato would work 16-20 hour days 6 days a week when she was 16 and was raped and I remember they wrote a released a ton of songs and a reporter asked them how them got her inspiration. They then replied saying "believe it or not being 16 I've been through a lot" and he replied "Come on, how much heartbreak can you go through at 16." One of their co-stars who was younger than them named Allisyn Snyder, I think she was 12 at the time would work 9-16 hour days and since she was under 13 was only really supposed to work 6 hours, maybe 8. Allyson Stoner another co-star was fighting Anorexia despite being a dancer as well and would often faint after performances. Selena Gomez was also really open about how the industry really affected her mental health. So when it comes to Miley, she saw the trajectory of her life, she felt trapped as many of the other Disney Stars felt trapped. Instead of staying in her Disney contract, she broke out by affecting her contract with Disney by going against their branding and doing Bangerz where she famously twerked, stuck her tongue out, swung on wrecking balls, etc. And both her and Demi had/have drug additions as their form of escapism because of how much pain they were in. All of these stars are older now, and Demi, Selena, and Miley created music reflecting on their past, processing all the things they experienced when they were younger because they were too busy growing up too fast in the industry with adults treating them like adults and work horses when they were all underaged. People need to remember that they were kids and made mistakes too, the difference is that these child actors have their mistakes out in public where the shame you may have felt when you were younger was amplified tenfold for them. While I'm not the biggest Miley fan, I do like some of the songs she writes and I can't deny that she has a good voice
