So the prosecutors can keep asking the same questions over and over but the defense can't get the witness to answer one question ⁉️⁉️⁉️
The state questioned this witness for almost a week and didn't prove anything regarding this trial
All he says is overruled.....she always gets her way asking the same things over n over again.
He never respect sharps denials....he be treating him like a step child and this DA always getting her way

Something is shaky here, FOR REAL!!! if direct and cross have already been used on this supposed ex-cop, and now so-called expert witness, as well as redirect and recross limited to what has been put into question, then how does the prosecutor suppose it can start on a new set of inquiries that's unrelated to questions that were already raised? IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY FAIR APPLICATION OF THE DEFENDANTS RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS!!!
