Yes! I couldn’t agree with you more. Just two weeks ago the Lord helped me to get my sister out of almost identical situation. Went to court for Restraining Order against the perpetrator and got DECLINED by the court. But the Lord showed us the way. My sister and her immediate family is now safe from her evil boyfriend.

@@NikkiRen the female Judge said to my sister that having "arguments" do NOT constitute DOMESTIC VIOLENCE when in fact my sister begged the judge that the perpetrator 's (her ex-boyfriend) constant barrage of yelling and screaming at her, constantly calling her all kinds of names, posting ominous cryptic narratives on FB, isolating my sister from us, my sister had to put a padlock in her room, literally feared for her life - and the Judge said "No". I tried to interject in the court and the Judge threatened to kick me out of the court. It was a very disheartening experience because none of us in my family has ever been inside a court much more pleading for a judge to approve a Restraining Order. The perpetrator was a career criminal per Google search that we did. She has a rap sheet about all kinds of crimes. We brought that up in our statements submitted to the Judge to no avail.
What hotel so we can ALL boycott it! They need to be exposed as well!! DISGUSTING

@@PerezHilton Hi Perez, I totally agree with what you said👏👏👏Even though the Intercontinental Hotel in LA has closed, they are a VERY BIG CHAIN, under the IHG Group, which owns The Marriott, Holiday Inn, The Regency all over the world etc. The IHG Group have VERY DEEP POCKETS, so hopefully Cassie's Lawyers will now go after the IHG Group, which they would have done even if the Hotel in LA hadn't of closed. It won't be difficult to find out who worked as Hotel Security during on March 16 2016, the date that assault happened. Heads are going to roll.
Justice delayed, is justice denied. The Hotel security should have called the police and handover the tape and Diddy would have been prosecuted with the Statute of Limitations. They need to change the law and call it Cassie's Law, where there is no longer a limitation on an assault and battery case. Wow. expose the employee that worked at the hotel or the security that worked there that accepted the payment. I heard the hotel was closed., but even so exposed those people. Horrible!Instead of helping an abused woman they helped cover it up.

Couldn’t agree more, Perez. I just can’t understand why Cassie didn’t press charges immediately. I also don’t understand why she stayed with him for a couple years after this. I prosecuted people that put hands on me. I don’t play.
I believe she was afraid for her life. As you saw on the tape he was violent w her and she knew Diddy could get away with anything. There is even reports that he had ties w the police. So how can someone press charges when the person you are afraid can just buy his way out of any punishment for his crimes. I'm glad she found the courage to fight back now from all the years of abuse. Hopefully something is finally done to stop him from getting away with his crimes.
Do you know hard it is for an abused individual to leave their abuser? Especially someone as rich and powerful as Diddy. As you can see in the video what he did to her when she tried to leave.

I think it was a copy. The authorities leaking it seems off. It makes more sense that someone personally involved wanted to make sure he is seen for what he is. Imagine who he’s beating on right now! He must be furious.
