I'm American, but UK rave hits different. It's what defined "rave." House... Breakbeat... Trance... Dubstep... Scouse House... Hardcore... The UK had the best rave scene from what I can gather.

Music is life. These was the days of brilliant tunes and songs, all we wanted to do was dance and enjoy ourselves, there was not any trouble until the police decided to try to put a stop to this, and now regret the scene eventually moving to Spain etc, when this government realised there mistake about us fun loving people, They started to try and slowly bringing it back to where it started since they realised that we wasn't causing trouble, and most of all how much money they could make from these, this is when they started to do the legal raves, but these didn't workout because they didn't understand us, so these legal raves ended up in night clubs, where the true peaceful ravers and drunken idiots mixed which was nothing like the original Raves where we all got along and looked out for each other. I would do almost anything to bring those days back if I could, I get annoyed with the way it's become, they took our legal rights away from us to enjoy ourselves and almost no violence because we all was on the same wave length and just wanted peace harmony and dance the night away. Different posses, eg (hi viz clothing,. Air horns, whistles, baseball cap backwards and sunglasses, Glow sticks and many more. etc, many different posses but we all was connected like magic, ime really thankfully I got to see these days, the nearest you can get now is memories from listing to certain tunes, or going to a festival etc where trouble may start because the love for each other isn't there anymore unless you understand what all the Rave scene ment, Anyway trust the government to ruin it then bring it back as legal raves when they noticed how much the Rave industry was making in Spain etc, but the legal ones are no where near like the original Rave scene, But we can at least thank it's still going on and in different styles from Raves, Dance, Electronica, Drum & Bass, Techno, Trance, Jungle, Bounce, House, Hip Hop, Etc etc etc. A lot of the old school etc also help this type of scene carry on aswell as new school revamping and mixing some of the old classic Dance tunes. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HELP SPREAD THESE ORIGINAL TUNES plus for those who remix them and update them slightly. You are in a position to get all the tunes digital so you can use virtual DJ and a decent mixer to mix all the greats in your neck of the woods and people will love you for it, if I could get to Australia I certainly would be happy to be DJing with my laptop external harddrive full of all the tunes you can get and a half decent mixer or just buy a pioneer that has a built in harddrive and just needs connecting to a sound system and Bob's your uncle, I will rock your side of the world for the rest of my days

Quite simply the best era for music. I absolutely love this type of piano house music. I was born 20 years too late. Never got to properly enjoy the rave music scene given that I was born in 1990. The song at 31:18 (Casanova) such a shame this part of the song is only very brief. I would honestly listen to that part of that song on a constant loop it’s insanely good.

Geordie Boy you need to be careful when correcting on these records, I had this version and it was called playing with pearls, started off with some dirty talk at the beginning, there were a lot of records with just little extra bits in that as a dj owning the record you'd know about, but I can honestly say I never mixed the speaking part over anything I played, so my copy might just sound like the standard one, sorry if that doesn't make sense but I know what I mean lol
