wow my ascendant is 6th from my 4th lord and i moved away from my birth place when i was 3 years old and have lived in this new place ever since for over 30 years. as a child i would go back every year to visit extended family, but i haven't been back in over a decade now. even though i never really knew the place since i left when i was so young, i always enjoyed visiting my hometown. it felt right, like i was home. perhaps because my 4th lord and 1st lord are in mutual aspect. on the other hand if i look at the 4th lord from my 1st lord position, my ascendant is in the 5th which may explain why i was able to go back often with positive experiences. furthermore, it now puts jupiter and ketu in the 8th from, and guess what, i've had lots of breaks and ups and downs in education, and have only been able to live in an apartment "alone" once for a year when i was away for school!!

Interesting, how can we "plan the loss of our property" with the help of Ketu or Mars? For ins., can we try to sell our property, when these planets (or either of them) transit our 2d, 12th, 6th, 8th houses from the Sukesa by sign? Or should it be done in a different way? And in such cases, can we expect more profit or more speed in selling, or just overall luck in a successful dealing (decent partners etc.)? Yup yup. 4th and 5th is Saturn and conjunct Mars (lord of 2nd). Early life was hell, but things since then have been filled with so much relief. Life gets better as I get older, which is really nice given most of our lives are spent in older years than earlier.

For ins., can we try to sell our property, when these planets (or either of them)
