Wow! I have really learnt a lot from this video, I have been dying to know the English names of some natural spices, and your video just did justice to that. Thanks dear for sharing.benyiwa loves you 😘 ❤
Hello, Ms, I am new here. I have the impression that these spices are all natural, therefore without side effects. Is this very true, and is it OK to use a mixture of as many different kinds of these in a single meal? Else how can one avoid abusing this stuff? Thanks. Well I am impressed with the content of this video. Keep it up🙏🏽
Hiiii....welcome! all these spices are natural..yes! And yes you can use different types of spices together in one meal. I believe in moderation....a little goes a long way. Using 1/4 of a teaspoon or half a teaspoon is a good start, depending on the quantity of food you are making, and adjust accordingly. I have another spice video where I show the type of combination I use for different foods 🥰
I don't wash them to be honest, but you can... Just make sure it's really really dry before blending it or it will turn into a paste, and also I'd refrigerate it just in case there's left over moisture- so it doesn't go bad
