      @@asarewpatricia9040 @perpetual asiama Flaxseed is wr3wr3. You can use for soup which looks like Groundnut soup. It's a delicacy for especially ashanti men with some fufu. Try it with duck meat. 😋

      @ComfortNyame-yg4hv hiii if you're in Ghana, the local markets have it, where they sell spices. If you're outside Ghana, grocery stores should have it (check the international food isles and spice isles- the brand Mccormick has star anise) 🥰

      I don't wash them to be honest, but you can...
      Just make sure it's really really dry before blending it or it will turn into a paste, and also I'd refrigerate it just in case there's left over moisture- so it doesn't go bad

      @@trdavid23 the market women know it by the name turmeric and you can label it when you get it, if you can't tell by the color alone...it's really smooth too
