    Hello, Ms,
    I am new here.
    I have the impression that these spices are all natural, therefore without side effects.
    Is this very true, and is it OK to use a mixture of as many different kinds of these in a single meal? Else how can one avoid abusing this stuff?
    Thanks.
    Well I am impressed with the content of this video.
    Keep it up🙏🏽

    • @PerpetualAsiamah
      @PerpetualAsiamah  2 года назад

      Hiiii....welcome! all these spices are natural..yes! And yes you can use different types of spices together in one meal. I believe in moderation....a little goes a long way. Using 1/4 of a teaspoon or half a teaspoon is a good start, depending on the quantity of food you are making, and adjust accordingly. I have another spice video where I show the type of combination I use for different foods 🥰
