How to send mails with Gmail using nodemailer after less secure app is disabled by Google?

A while back google disabled the less secure app feature while intern causes our application to break while sending emails through nodemailer. Here we will see how we can solve this issue.

Thanks to the author for the video, it really helped! but there is one caveat - now (31 may of 2023) the panel with application passwords is located inside the two-factor authentication settings
