You are easy to follow. Thank you for the videos. My fiance bought me the game because I have been trying to find solo games and I got a bit frustrated trying to figure out this game. Now I think I can play After the Virus.
Bought this game but haven't played it as yet. Wondering about the machete, it seems that as long as you have it can be used all the time. That is what I assume....probably wrong as usual ! Really love your videos because you never hurry and being English I am inclined towards calmness 😊 Been with your channel for ever and as a solo player I thank you for all the wonderful playthroughs. Kind regards from Cheshire.
Oh geez, I'm not 100% sure. It's been a while. Maybe boardgamegeek has the answer for you if you head on over there. Sorry for the short answer and the redirect. Glad you have been enjoying my content for years, and thanks so much for watching along!
Those darn zombies! :) Maybe this time you should have retrieved one or two of the top cards from the Area deck instead of getting the two points for rescuing survivors? :) At 6:50, you could afford a wound to your arm, saving one card to do more scouting (must find that fascility), you need a lot more cards that will be discarded to lower the ratio of zombie cards.
How does the scout work ? Could you have discarded before drawing 5 new cards to remove zombies from the discard pile ? (@10:30) not sure if that would have changed things ...
I don't like quests that require you to get a card out of a huge deck of random things in order to win, especially when scouting at all is more of a luxury than something readily available after the first 3 rounds. But other than that, this game seems like a fun distraction.
Yeah a bit of that searching for the right card . . . still, quick enough to not overstay its welcome and if you die suddenly setup is easy to do to try again. Thanks for watching along!

Never seen this game before, seems very interesting
It's quick and often times deadly - but fun for sure. Thanks for watching along!
Nice playthrough, thanks. Am I wrong or could you have saved two survivors when you saved the fith one?
Yeah, I think I could have saved the two of them . . . my bad. Still that last draw was a killer no matter what I did. Thanks for watching along!

My strategy is often times . . . lacking! Thanks for watching along!

I may have messed up strategically . . . which, I know, is nigh impossible! ;) Thanks for watching along!
Well, you were making it look easy up to this point, Paul . . .
Yeah, it got brutal . . . fast! Thanks for watching along!
You could win in the turn that you had 2 survivors, just discard the other two, and use the safehouse, you could win it already lol
Very likely . . . sometimes these things just escape me. Thanks for watching along!
But he still needed to find and ready one fascility too, which required a lot of scouting. And these first three scenarios count as "Easy" ;)

Luck of the cards were not with you maybe? heheh
better luck next time ... :o)
Yeah, that last draw . . . say goodnight Gracey! ;)
