It's striking how they first made the game unbalanced by buffing Shield's melee attacks-something nobody wanted-and then, after a series of nerfs, took away the last advantage Shield had left.
Sheilds are in a horrendous state. People always complain about the game being defender sided but then push to over nerf the main item that evens the scale
Shields were balanced before this buff nonsense. Now they are nerfed to dirt (especially monty) with more counters & ridiculous stagger effect. Absolute incompetence of Ubiturd clowns

Lion simply provided the outline. With an outline you can lose track on which way the opponent is actually facing.

- real-time location will be changed to pings on the gadget like a Lion scan
