You remind me so much of our oldest daughter. She is with the Lord now. She had many physical challenges and yet she continued to be an inspiration to others. Two days before she passed a young woman came to her bed side in the hospital to pay her respects and tell her family what she did for her just two weeks before. Dawie, our late daughter, (Da-vee) was an inspiration just as you have been for me.
This story breaks 💔 my heart for you. I could'nt imagine losing a child. I know every day with her was an amazing day. Also, her name is beautiful. 💓 She is still an inspiration to you & others who's lives were touched by you amazing daughter ❣️
I appreciate YOU, giving us your precious time. It's lonely to crochet alone. Even with my wine of the south. Oh, I am laughing with you at that prayer! "Lord Jesus use me!" (Oh my sweet Jesus, is this how you're using me?) God Bless you Kayla. He is using you as an encourager.
I really appreciate your drive and spirit, Miss Kayla. You remind me of my mom; she had to have her right foot amputated after a car crash a few years ago, but she's just as stubborn as ever! As a guy who enjoys crochet and dolls, I sometimes find it hard to do the things that make me happy because of what other people think, but I'm trying. I love Larvie and the hork!
OH Miss Kayla, please don't get upset with me, yes I laugh when you get out your dolls. It gives me good memories of my mother & her doll collection. I miss her and you give me pleasure watching you. You're a blessing to me.❤
Kayla, I wasn't even going to comment today, but that hork made me laugh out loud! You are so much fun, Kayla. I watch you every day while I knit. I can't believe I'm addicted to a crochet channel and I don't even crochet! You are just a sweet blessing. May God richly bless you and your family. Love, Janet
I just want to tell you that you inspire me so much! As you know, I was so depressed after I woke up from the stroke a couple of years ago! I could not remember anything certainly nothing involving numbers or names nor titles!! Understandable why I could not crochet! Crochet became my physical therapy!! You, Bag O Day, Amanda, as well as Cinnamon Stitches reintroduced me to my yarn addiction and crochet! Happily following along and improving!! You keep me watching and smiling!
You help and encourage me so much. I suffer from depression. Many days I just can't care. When I visit with you you encourage me to find joy. God bless you sweetheart. ❤🎉
Dear Kayla , you are such an inspiration. I’m not computer savvy. But you have taught me how to make comments on your RUclips channel. I didn’t think that I could crochet anything other than a granny square. You’ve taught me how to crochet a rectangular blanket, a cross shoulder bag. I’m going to continue to try to crochet new things. I’m 65 years old and it’s never too late to learn. I truly love you . I identify with you. I love your sons and your husband too. You given me something to look forward to. I tell you about my family and my illnesses. Thank you for being you and for being there.
I really appreciate your testimony of how the Lord cares for you every day. I’m sure many of us feel like that, but you have a lot of subscribers who can hear it. Thank you, Miss Kayla. 💜
Kayla, you are such a blessing to so many of us! God has put you in our lives for various reasons, and exactly where you need to be! Thank you for making our days brighter through your channel ❤
I LIKE DOING THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY, I LIKE KNITTING ON MY LOOMS, I LOVE DOING PUZZELS IN BOOKS, AND MAKING CRAFTS, AND DOING THINGS THAT MAKES ME HAPPY, I AM ALWAYS TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE THINGS , I LOVE ALL MY DOLLS STUFF ANIMALS. ALL OF THIS MAKES ME FEEL GOOD.
Kayla, God loves you so much! He chose you to do this! Your encouragement is a gift to so many people. I have arthritis pretty bad, but I tell myself if Kayla can do this with limited fingers, I can do this with my stiff, painful hands. God bless you, daughter of the Lord.
I love the visits from the cats and Phoebe so much! Thank you for being so open about Raynaud's. I've learned so much from you. You are so encouraging!
I have been on this journey with you for about 2 years now. I have gone back and watched older videos of yours. I so appreciate you, you never ever give up! You are a true inspiration to so many of us out here. Keep being you! Love from Southern California ❤
Thank you for being so open and honest. I hope this reaches someone who really needs to hear this. I don't crochet anymore due to RA, but I still watch you while I diamond paint. I found something else to do that makes me happy.
Thank you for this. Such important lessons here. People see the positivity and think that is us all day every day because they see our best. They don't see us some days curled up in a ball crying. For me, it's losing leg and lung function. Bedridden for years. "Crocheting without all the unneccesary fingers." You sweet wonderful woman. Your attitude and humor are beautiful things that have come from complete devastation. I know that daily struggle. I see yours. I so appreciate the beauty you share. Hugs. I love cat Sassy. :) I think inner sass is a really good way to help us get through.
You are such a inspiration. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and you give me the strength to make through the day. Thanks for all you do to encourage people with chronic health issues. ❤
I know what you mean dear Kayla when you say "what were you thinking Jesus " Yes sometimes it is hard to see where God's purpose is in my life. It can all be so strange. Thanks so much for your beautiful encouragement. Sending lots of love from Mary 💚💚
You are such an inspiration. I have arthritis and tendinitis in both hands. I'm lefthanded. My left fingers are the worst. I love crocheting, and there have been times that I had to stop crocheting for months. But I go back crocheting as soon as the inflammation gets better. I've been crocheting for more than 50 years. Lately, I've changed the way I crochet. Instead of moving , myleft hand with the hook, I move my right hand and the yarn around the hook. That's helping me crochet for a longer time. Thanks for this video ❤❤❤
Thank you, I really enjoy watching you. My husband was just diagnosed with Lupus 3.5 years ago, we are still learning about this Thank you so much for all your info and I have you in my prayers.
I just commented, also wanted to say you Do you and don't worry about the opinions of others? If your dolls and stuff toys make you happy, then by all means, enjoy them. Betty White had an entire room full of stuffed animals. She kept them in a separate room. Because one of her dogs would often chew on them and unstuff them. However, whenever she went into the room, she would greet them and say hello to them and goodbye to them even into her 90s she talked to her stuffed animals whenever she entered the room and the world loved Betty White.
Good evening, Kayla! I am watching this evening as I was a womans retreat for the day. You are an awesome individual, and I mentioned you today and told them about how you have lost fingers but continue to overcome. And, that you do not let it stop you from crocheting or doing other things. You are an inspiration.
I love you too, Kayla. You always inspire me and make me smile. Thank you so much for being who you are!!! That blanket is fantastic!!! Light and Love, Linda
You help & encourage me to keep going, I love you & your family. I enjoyed hanging out with you and seeing your fur baby. Your blanket is so beautiful.
You are such an inspiration for me. I don’t have anything that limits me from living but my mind. I struggle with depression and anxiety. At times, it’s debilitating sometimes. Everything i think about quitting, you come to mind and say if she can push through, so can I. Thank you for sharing, being you and vulnerable.
I have to Knit each day if I want to Crochet each day. I have rheumatoid arthritis and what I have learned is that what is needed in my arms in my muscles or my nerves, whatever it is relieves the pain of crocheting. I don’t have to knit a long period of time in order to make my right arm and hand be able to crochet again. In Knitting, for long periods of time, I have learned that crocheting eases the pain of the Knitting. Our bodies are amazing and I just happen to stumble on this one of Knitting helping crocheting and crocheting helping my Knitting thank you thank you mama Kayla for sharing your life and many giftsof talents with us❤❤
I love you and truly appreciate each of your videos, your talents and creativity are amazing and so enjoyable to see. There is one thing you said today that I just have to mention. Cats can be trained. Just saying. That’s right “you are an experience” so no wonder you gave those young doctor’s experience. God is so good. Enjoyed today's visit with you. We all need to be educated on others medical issues so we can be understanding and compassionate. I'm going to try those toe/feet exercises. Love you desk TOYS. We all need to surround ourselves with things that make us smile, feel good & brings us joy. 😻😸😺

You are very impressive and a real inspiration. My husband has developed health problems and is like you in just dealing with the situation and making his life work. I think it takes so much inner strength for you to do this with the good humor you show in your videos. I'm sure there are times you have to cry.
Hello Kayla, this blanket is beautiful!! And you are the most encouraging person I know! You’ve helped me more ways than you know! You are a blessing to many, I’m sure! You take care my friend. Have a glorious day! ❤🤗🙏
Thank you for this message ,I needed it I havea brain tumor and cancer. So there are days when I have a lot of pain too. You are such an inspiration to me Thank you.
Ok, I've been quiet, I watch/listen (when working) to your videos daily. I subscribed awhile back, and I've prayed for every finger not to be lost, I don't remember when I subscribed. You have inspired me, they way you keep going, and you've given me an understanding of someone close to who takes pictures of dolls. I've been going through chemo for the last 5 months, and have a port. I had not crocheted until this past weekend, but have enjoyed watching you continue to create. You are Amazingly talented. Please just be you and don't let anyone get you down. I appreciate all the other things you've been doing on your channel as well as the crochet. Much love from Texas
I love you Kayla! You are an inspiration to all of us and I thank you for sharing your story with us. You bring me so much joy and I always look forward to seeing you❤
I had to learn to walk again almost a year ago. I fell and broke my pelvis and was flat on my back for a week. Was tiring at first but I kept at it in a transitional unit for 4 weeks and did finally got to come home with 5 months of home therapy. I thank God that I had a nurse in the hospital talk to me. She was my encouragement. Today I am walking and driving and don’t need someone to help me with anything and everything. 😊❤
Hey Kayla you and Big Daddy are such amazing people! I pray for you both everyday. I just enjoy your channel. Anything you do brings me joy. I do have rheumatoid arthritis and some days are better than others but I keep going on. I also have plantar fasciitis and it hurts to walk sometimes but I do the best I can! I love watching you do crafts and the beautiful dolls you show are amazing. I love big daddy’s reading and writing those books! Wow amazing talent! Please don’t worry about the hater’s! They will get judged someday for all that hate. Just wanted to say love you guys and keep on doing you tube.
We love Sassy kitty. Don't worry about her. We love hearing about what happened to you. Its not easy doing what you do and we love you and Jody. Thank you for what you do. My granddaughter is 11 and lives in Virginia and her other gramma taught her to crochet and she has been making a purse and a top that she wore to the Taylor Swift concert and they were having a hat day at school she she whipped up a tassel cap to wear to school. Her mom said it was hot so we shall see how long she keeps it on.
I love everything about you Kayla. 🥰 You have interesting hobbies and I always look forward to seeing what you’re up to next. You have the best attitude of anyone I’ve ever seen. You truly are an inspiration to so many of us. I’m grateful for you, friend. 💕
You are an awesome person Kayla. I have crocheted off and on my whole life and I can't believe how much and fast you learned to crochet. I can't do it. It takes me forever.
When my stenosis started and the left arm hurt so bad, between the physical therapy and videos, I had to make myself continue crocheting even tho I couldn't feel the yarn/project in my hand. You are so much braver than I am. ❤
Ms. Kayla, you are an amazing person. I appreciate your time, inspiration, and truthful conversations. I hope that one day I will have the opportunity to meet. You and Big Daddy in person. I am in Nebraska.
Just enjoy your attitude and love the way you express and explain your reynauds because many people just don't know what that is. My mom had reynauds so I know exactly what your talking about. Have a wonderful week Kayla.
I haven't lost fingers, but I have nerve damage in my hands and arms and carpal tunnel caused by my RA and anything I try to do makes my hands go numb and pain. I used to knit and I miss it so much ❤❤😊😊
You’re a blessing to everyone. I feel like if you can do things most of us have no reason not to put our best foot forward. So even though I don’t have any issues, thank you. You’re the best.
Thank you for raising awareness about Raynaud's. I have one loved one who is diagnosed with this health issue, and another who has all the symptoms, but to the best of my knowledge, has never been diagnosed. Up until I found your Channel ( I crochet and loom knit), I had no idea Raynaud's was so dangerous! I will look for an opportunity to talk to my family and encourage every person who has symptoms to get it properly checked out. On a different note, I have chronic health issues, and always find you to be such a source of inspiration and strength. Thank you for sharing your crocheting and life with your subscribers! You and Big Daddy are in my prayers. ❤ ❤ ❤
You never stop amazing me. At neatly 85 I have to admit that there are things I can't do any more, but l 1:08:52 ike you say, concentrate on what you can do. Many thanks to you. ❤
You're an inspiration.😊 I'm thankful for you. Your new blanket is beautiful. Your personality is what makes you (you). I love that you can chat with us, and you can be your real self. Not everyone has that blessing. Love you, hugs 🤗.
lol, I’d love to see the mouse. I love mice, they’re so cute! I also love the possum. We get them in our backyard and I’m always so excited to see them visiting (as well as any other wildlife).

Your finger crochet hook is hilarious and awesome. Such a great little sassy bit to help cope.
Thank you for this. Such important lessons here.

When my stenosis started and the left arm hurt so bad, between the physical therapy and videos, I had to make myself continue crocheting even tho I couldn't feel the yarn/project in my hand. You are so much braver than I am. ❤
I gave everything to my granddaughter, you you encouraged me to go buy knitting needles and yarn and tried again, it just hurts after a few minutes ❤😊
You are awesome Kayla and that blanket is gorgeous!
Ms. Kayla, you are an amazing person. I appreciate your time, inspiration, and truthful conversations. I hope that one day I will have the opportunity to meet. You and Big Daddy in person. I am in Nebraska.
Your ripple blanket is beautiful Kayla 🙂
Digging those green glasses 😊❤❤
THE DOLL IS CUTE
I also believe that you are teaching all of us to be patient and believe in God ❤❤❤
You are a huge source of encouragement and inspiration 💛
Just enjoy your attitude and love the way you express and explain your reynauds because many people just don't know what that is. My mom had reynauds so I know exactly what your talking about. Have a wonderful week Kayla.
You are such a wonderful sweet person, love watching your videos!!!
Thank you, Kayla on the raynaulds info. Love your blanket!
GOD Bless you always kayla I mean that your special
