    @Idaho Pulse ... What do you see with respect to unemployment now increasing (Micron losing 10% of its employees, etc) and inflation staying sticky in energy , food , insurance and to some degree rent. How will this effect real estate in Boise ?

      Not to get political, but I don't know what to believe when it comes to inflation and unemployment numbers. They're all so manipulated. The big things I look at is inventory and as long as inventory is low, the prices will stay high. But yeah if a real recession hits, it won't be good for the housing market anywhere. Boise is still a destination for a lot of people in blue states that have a ton of equity so until that changes I don't have any reason to worry
