Yes I agree that was a real shock when I got mine, all other airfryers I looked at had recipe books and how to use manuals I think Tefal needs to pick up there game
I agree, the Tefal manual is totally useless - in fact it's the worst instruction manual I've ever read. In addition th Tefal air fryer is more expensive than a similar brand.
When pressing grill mode you cannot adjust time or temperature. Does it mean it is only for pre-heating the grill plate and the actual cooking (of say a steak) is done in air-frying mode? Why is this not explained clearly in the manual?
Hi, sorry but how to use the grill mode? First when I start grill mode it does 15 min preheating. It's OK. However later when I set up the time for the proper grilling the device doesn't stop after after the set up time. It only bips for a while and still continue grilling with 15min time... Same happens when grilling. If there is let's say 5 min left for the grilling and I pull the basket to check the food after placing it back the time is again 15min... Is anything wrong with my Air fryer? I bought it only few days ago. Appreciate your help.
I just bought mine and when cooking fries there was a lot of steam coming out from the back. Is this normal or did something go wrong?! First time using it
There is a droplet icon with an exclamation mark on the right of the temperature screen. What is it and why doesn it show every time I use the machine? Is it a warning sign?

I have the tefall 3in1 but I am having trouble I have only had it for year but the screen is say mines time and to air fry it’s gowing to the temperature is 280 and I cannot find the reason for it just gone like it can anyone help me please
This is much better than the manual that came with the airfryer, which only contained pictograms and was rather hard to understand.

What is the point of the presets when you can just adjust the temp and time? Do they set anything additional?

I just bought this air fryer and find out at the grill stand got few black rubber look like protection do I need to remove it before use?
Apparently, the silicone stoppers on the sides of the grill plate have to stay on.

If they are all made the same. Having to wait 2 mins to reset the mode is bad.
