When I was young and heard this song for the first time, I just assumed it was about a bullied girl who fell in love with someone.
But now that I'm older, I got diagnosed with BPD and bipolar, the lyrics resonated even more.
I think it's about a girl who has always been neurodivergent, and, because of that, everyone in her class (including the kids's parents) excluded her for being different and "weird".
Even though everyone thought she was different from the rest, there was a person who treated her with decency. And, not only did she fall in love with this kid, she actually became emotionally dependent on them.
She was so obsessed with this kid who gave her affection for the first time in her life, that she couldn't stand the thought of being away from them. Eventually, this kid gets tired of their friend being obsessed, so they leave. Not because they thought she was weird, but because they couldn't handle the emotional toll that came with the friendship.
Of course, since she was so attached to this kid, she didn't know what to do after they left her. She just feels so empty inside because she literally made her love for this kid her entire personality.
So, she starts having suicidal ideas because she can't stand the fact that she's alone again.
I cried while listening to this song because it's just so relatable.

As an autistic woman, this song resonates with me very deeply, I'm so happy that art like this is exist to connect and console so much inner children still healing across the world 💗

@@arturolozano8689 really late reply but basically is about being socially outcast and feeling like an alien because of having an appearance that's different from what society deems to be normal. The narrator of the song is someone who is alienated in society as a result of their physical differences. They reflect on how their childhood friend stood by them despite the criticism and eventually accepted them for who they are. Despite this, the narrator understands that they will never be able to reciprocate the same emotions since they are not the same. Ultimately the song talks about the acceptance of oneself despite the differences and reflects on how it is alright to be "different".

God, the lyrics are so sad, her voice is so beautiful, this song's really tragic af!! It hurts me when she says "I love you." and "Sayo~nara. Ari~gatou." she's so sad and I just want to hug her
it's kinda scary how realistic these voices get over the years.
I like how this song utilizes Miku's lower vocal range. It really does show that cute Japanese songs don't have to be high to be cute.

+jamminbomb Actually every time I listen to this song I raise its pitch since I can't stand its low range.. low pitched Vocaloids suck.
+Kanade Akane It gets pretty high as well. The range in this song is pretty impressive.
The responses here show a mixture of opinions. I like the whole vocal range used in this song. It uses the low tones and high tones in a good combination to create a really emotional feel to the whole song, starting low and crescendoing toward the end.
jamminbomb Not high enough for me though... It uses the new voice bank which is lower on its own from the start after all. There was no need to put low tones with it...

The best track of the album. This one stands out so much, it's so different from his style in my opinion. Sounds as if Yuppe and OkameP worked together and this song was the outcome. I feel like real emotions from UtsuP went into this~ :3

@@kaoru1fanxoxo Yes he tends to remix his songs over time. I think it is good because the remixes that we see on Greatest Shits and Diarrhea are way better than the original.
I prefer the original "Natural Born B" than the remixed one though. Sometimes it is a hit, sometimes a miss.

Hm, yeah, maybe better than Warufuzake's remakes, but if we're comparing remakes, CD-R still stands at the top for me :/ i like his sound settings there the best. Which includes CD-R's version of Chocolate girl.

Joel Persson The songs might switch around here and there, but I still think Porno and Baby Deathmatch are the least significant songs in this album. They don't seem to contribute too much in my opinion.
ButteryAndBubbly I agree with that, certainly. P.O.R.N.O. is a bit of a refresher from the rest of the album, both in musical style and in lyrical content.
That being said: Baby Deathmatch contributes to the album lyrically (the song is social commentary on children being forced to compete with other children).

This track gives off a diff. vibe compared to his other works. I can sense a bit of CalviP here and there.
Now that you've mentioned it, indeed, a bit of Calvi/Okame-P feel (especially because of the Append Dark I suppose), and maybe his mellow/melancholic-ish E/Kaze-type songs.

the best track´s of the album are Impercfect animals, Algorithmic kabuchiko, Final fantasy and this The alien´s "I love you", in my opinion they are the more I liked

personally I have one problem with this song. Miku Dark lacks power, and this song needs power. Not quite like Utsu's other songs need pure power, but drama, and raw emotion. It's difficult to explain, but there's something missing that Miku Dark doesn't bring to the table. Other than that, a wonderful song~
To me, I think Miku Dark suits it. Her tale in this song doesn’t really need much power in my opinion. I feel like this story is sad, but not really dramatic, you know?
I feel like the lack of power actually fits her in this song more, since she’s not really distressed, and is instead more sad because she simply misses the other person
Maybe some high guitar solo could help it, but on the voice i find it good

Do you know of any way to get this album as a physical copy for less than $120? I looked at the links in the description, but the top one says "out of print" and the other one has copies for over $170 Canadian. This is my favourite album of all time, so I would LOVE to own it without having to spend hundreds.

It's already on Existence, but if you meant one of UtsuP's own albums, then I'm not sure.
Sometimes Utsu won't include songs that he put on compilation albums with other producers to his own albums, such as natural born B and Dream.
