When me and my m8 fished there the bailiff was more interested in his own fishing then anything else . I was fishing over the back of a bar that came out from the bank to my left and just lost a fish , I went round and fed a bit of bait, cast out and after 20 minutes i started to get some funny occurrences so I lent out from my swim to see what was happening only to see someone stood on the bar , it turned out to be the bailiff, i wound in and went to see him and told him that he was actually stood on my line to which he laughed that I wouldn’t be catching any from there . Then later in the day he was seen walking along the length of the rushes in between two swims and started to fish the margin floater fishing. A guy with his son who was in the next swim up started to obviously remonstrate with him and he then hooked a fish and said he would give the rod to the guys son . Both myself and my m8 packed up in disbelief and so did the father and son . Hopefully they have a different bailiff now . The one funny memory I do have was two young lads in their mid teens who were doing a couple of nights for the first time and they bought connect 4 with them and you could here the discs as they fell in there columns into the late hours and not a mobile phone in sight 😀
