Thank you and that’s a great question. We just really like what Vancouver has to offer in terms of nature. Lots of fun trails and people are generally really into outdoor sports here. Toronto has more of a city vibe while calgary is just too cold for us😂

💜💛多謝你啊💜💛 本身諗住租一房就夠，點知發現呢個兩房盤嘅價錢竟然同一房盤差唔多，最後就租咗呢間。同埋果陣同另一個業主已經傾到埋尾咁掣，差唔多嘅位置，1房，得5xx呎，露台好細，low rise， 22xx CAD，突然見到依家住緊呢個盤，即刻安排睇樓😮💨

呢個位算幾好，背住車站應該唔會太嘈，對住個山景好正，冬天會有雪景。一條大路落大型商場，或者去Coquitlam市中心都好方便。附近好多新樓，好有活力嘅社區

其實租果陣市價大部分都已經係2300 1房 （coquitlam)，所以見到呢個盤，我地即刻打電話，landlord唔夠半日已經喺craiglist remove listing因為太多人約佢睇樓，所以見到筍盤真係不能猶豫😂呢個係嚟到學到嘅野
住 G 先。 可能你下次買到樓。 唔洗再租。 ：）

我地本身都有諗burnaby，因為覺得果區好方便同埋大部分朋友都住果區，不過覺得有啲貴就無租到喇🏳️🏳️住burnaby最大嘅優勢真係交通同商場，你果度新啲，貴啲都正常
不能搬, 再找不到這種價錢.
