Hi sis. Please forgive me for being absent for so long. As you may know, we had a tornado... actually, 2 on the same day and I went without power and internet for essentially almost 3 weeks. I have also been going to school for the past several weeks Monday to Friday 7am to 5:30om. It is exhausting, but I am in the midst of a career change, so I am overwhelmed all around. This is a very interesting recipe... I have never heard of salmon wellington, but I am here for it!!! Cute plate BTW - Fun. I love prepared dough - It is such a time saver.. LOL. Love the homemade rolling pin. I grew up using a rum bottle filled with water. LOL. Ohhh. These look lovely! Bon Appetit. Sandee
