Funko is horrible with online shop
The same thing happened to me when I ordered but when I got to my cart it said they were sold out they didn’t hold mine at all
I feel like putting it on your wishlist the added in cart worked better
in Europe it was instant sold out =((((
Popcultcha here in Australia was even more shitty lmaoo. They reserved like 90% of One Piece stock to sell in expensive bundles to sell their excess stock meaning the actual singles sold out in less than 5 minutes. Why this sucks even more? Now it basically guarantees the price of Law being $250+ and Kid being $100+ here in AUS since scalpers and resellers will obviously resell for maximum profit and minimum loss
I had 10 minutes then went to 1 hour then by time got to checkn out it sold out ....
yesteraday I got lucky with metalic and aaa luffy
Feel like I put him in the cart in less than 15 seconds, wait went from 3 minutes to 30 minutes and obviously ended up missing out 💀

Same happened to me
it wasnt a disaster, its just the way you choose to get the pops leave you about 40 seconds behind everyone else. the time it took you just to load Law i had both of them purchased and with 0 queue and no bot. This is all a choice to not go directly to the pop via link like everyone else. 🤷
I checked out with kid 2 minutes after drop and then went back to see if law was still in stock and I had enough time to put in my card info and check out with no queue.
For Funko Europe I got em in my cart and checkouts for 13:01!
Queue went from 1 minute to 30 minutes to 45 minutes to 1 hour 20 mins.
As a first time convention FUNKO trier I am extremely unhappy and felt honestly hard done by. Why can't it be if it's in the cart and checked out and Queued then it's yours, it's already 1 per household.

What was most disappointing about this is that I had my items in the cart by 9:02 and the "cart/queue" had me at 2 minutes, then it went ... 10 minutes...30 minutes...51...36...30...28...35...30...17...30...11...30...I'm like are you kidding me!? By time I got to the line after almost 40 minutes waiting for nothing everything was sold out

Same s*** show on Funko Europe today, I,m collector from Poland :) From 1 min to 40 in line, and after that One Piece sold out, bot wins this battle :)
I did it on my phone. I was really worried. I had 5 items I wanted. I was able sign in easily before. I put my card info in last night. I got all 5 things in my cart and waited 30 MINUTES! I surprisingly still got all 5 items. It worked out for me. Whew!
I got in right away, had an HOUR wait time..all major pops sold out when I got in, waited about 30 mins...put in all my info, and then it wouldn't even let me put my card in. As in the card information was blocked out so I couldn't put it in, had to back out, another hour wait. Dropped my phone and walked away. I just wanted 2 pops. Unacceptable. 😢
Major fail. Logged in at 0845, At 900 am put the items in my cart and the wait time was 30mins, then 50 minutes. Sold out of course when I was able to purchase my cart 45 minutes later.
surprisingly USA is better. Happy for you guys. I tried in europe was clicking checkout within the fastest way a human can and still missed out. Next time I'll try my American family because Funko eu is shit.
I was paying when I clicked placed order it refreshed as my cart empty. The que was annoying I was only one min into checkout then jumped to 30 mins and just kept changing....
Was such a disappointing experience!!! Complete shit show!! Congrats to the lucky ones! Hate being a fan of something (one piece) and after going to my cart after adding it and going to checkout literally 15-20 seconds and then got screwed on the checkout like so many others!!! 🤬 made the day so crappy!!
Alright, maybe there are things I don’t know but this is my thinking; this is about the same as other drops. Info updates coming out later? Has happened. Wait time issues? That’s regular. So, how was this such a disaster? By your own admission you weren’t surprised by this, this is normal for Funko. So, with that in mind, how was this so miserable when it’s the same as practically any other major drop
So I just looked at the funko shop just now and litterly almost all the funkos from the con are still available EXCEPT the 2 one piece funkos, the ice cube skeleton, grout, and 2 soda pops. Sucks too because I wanted law and kid only
I got in queue at 6:02am with it saying 52 minutes waited realistically 30 and when clicking final sale place order it said expired

Lol Popcultcha assigned a random queue time for us Aussies, I immediately had "more than 1 hour".
Law sold out in 7 mins.
Guess I got lucky, saw ur previous video and was just ready at 8:55 EST and had no problem

Luckily i was able to get law in 2 min, no queue whatsoever :) (did not expect that from funkoeurope since i had to wait 20 min for roger) i'll get kid from another store later
I think they have enough stock spread out for the 3 days. So we will have another chance tomorrow for the One Piece Pops. Goodluck fellas
I was really disappointed, I did everything right and still didn't get what I wanted (Law and Kid) Seeing your timestamp was less than mine makes me feel bad for you as well. I should have did what you did and just checked out with the one.
I missed out on the Thousand Sunny too. My One Piece set is way too incomplete now.
Awful experience I’m done, trying to collect One Piece. I had both in my cart at 6 AM PT and it said 3 minutes and then it went up to 30 minutes. Then I didn’t have it at all for check out. Went back and tried to get the other pops that are still available now and kept getting order errors.
I just now was only able to order the other pops I wanted through the site 8 hours after the event started. I think I’m going to stop collecting. Thank you for keeping your experience honest.
Just got my blue Gelatinous Cube to go with my green one from a couple of years back. Wish it was the glow in the dark one but I'm happy.
I was able to grab 2 trafalgars, I was standing in the waiting room with my phone and laptop for about 30 mins. Laptop dropped to 1 min and on my phone it was going up to 40 mins. After I buying 1 I logged into an other account and could buy the second without even waiting. I think that was luck
I had the cube in my cart!! Only had a 10min wait time but the payment options did not work tried 3 different cards and nothing eventually hot put back in the wait time for 20min and by the time checkout came around cube was gone😢

It’s frustrating when it went from a 3 minute wait to a 40. Only wanted Law and missed out. It gets to be very disappointing with funko.
I'm still upset! Like I can't believe I lost. They put me in a 3-minute queue, and I thought okay I got this. It went from 3-minutes and turned into 30 minutes. By the time it was my turn both One Piece Funko Pop were sold out... 😭 😭 😭 😭
Guess i got super lucky. I got law and kid with no wait times. Never done this before.
I got lucky and completely bypassed the queue and secured Law.
I used my phone and laptop to try and get Law and Kid. My phone crashed once then I went mainly one my laptop.I was first in Q for 3min then I was in Q for almost 30mins. Finally get to check out then hit place order then they sold out 😭😖
The timer kept going up and down for me, I was 43 min out then at 3 min it goes back up to 5 min and then from 1 min back to 3 min again. Then finally when I’m in I get logged out. So finally when I log in my cart is ready and I only missed the Gelatanous cube
If people weren't such *bad word* ready to give hundreds bucks to scalpers, there'd be less of them.
I had trouble with the page loading and once I had Kid and Law in my cart I had an hour wait. The wait time kept jumping down. I only waited 30 minutes, but by the time my wait was over, they were sold out.
Kidd Sold Out in under 2 mins unfortunately... I want to make a joke, about it, but probably not the best idea.
Honestly made me want to stop collecting why do I have to spent 3-4x the price just because funko can’t get there shit together
Found out on whatnot that someone brought a Eustace kid for $260 that’s like a lot for one pop and I’m glad that i didn’t get any cons today because I figure this would happen but I can get them in another day.
Major problems in the u.k as well tried getting Lotso for my daughter was put in que straight away took over 2 hours obviously sold out long before that but wanted to see how long it would take, we have not even had a funko Europe website update it's just not fit for purpose, Lotso was always going to be popular just make enough for everyone it's not difficult, loads of other items sold out as well, hopeless company
I had a similar experience with the pages not loading. I was literally on 3 different screens and was still not able to get Kid or Law. Wait time jumping all over the place. The bots scored the W on this one.
Roger was a terrible expierence but getting law was easy. I only bought him because I didn't want to risk adding multiple pops. Interesting, all wondercon that are still available are now add to cart
I put three pops in my cart and it my timer started out with 40 minutes and went to 56 and it keep going up and down. I was in line for actually 30 minutes and when I finally got in it removed 2 items from my cart and left me one. So I removed the last item. I wasn’t paying $25 for one pop. Funko didn’t get any money from me
Yup. I can buy a pop from their con but still can’t add it to my collection haha idk if my collection even exists on their app anymore haha I seen that someone was at the con and he was able to buy 10 kids and 6 of the supposed limited edition Freddy funkos. Also the Laws at the con had shared sticker only. No con sticker haha
this type of queue has already been on Funko europe for a while, it's not first come first served it's random ... a real crap
What bothers me the most is I followed their separate page request and the rest of their silly rules. Just to get a waiting quote of 3 to 28 to 32 minutes while getting everything in cart in less than minute. Then now seeing people selling this like it’s a PS5. 😆
I only wanted the gelatinous cube, but I also got a bugs bunny because why not and was successful. I knew if I wasn’t though that my gamestops would have them, I live in the middle of no where lol
I am still waiting for them to fix the apt address being denied because they have as a P.O. Box and their that they gave me didn’t work.

Stressful to Watch definitely and idk I hope funko fixes the app I can’t even access any of my funkos scanned and my wish list is gone too idk how long it’s gonna take but it’s annoying
I was able to grab Law. I had both Kidd & Law in my cart but by time I got to checkout, Kid was sold out. Lol. Stoked I was able to get Law though.
The worst shop experience ever man. As soon it drops live and waits to check out "Oop Sold Out". Disappointed to not get it in retail.
I accidentally refreshed to many times in line lol and got rate banned. I turned off my WI-FI and it brought me to checkout
Launch time was 3am my time I had the Law page and the Poison Ivy page up and loaded at 3am I reloaded both and had them both in my cart and clicked check out by 3:01 and it put me in queue where it jumped from 2min up to eventually like 28min and after waiting for almost 15 min I finally got through clicked continue to payment and clicked complete order and it kicked me back to the cart where it said law was taken out of my cart it didnt even say it was sold out but was restocked? I tried to add it back on the cart page it gave me a button to add to cart but it wasnt working and by the time i loaded the actual pop page it was sold out v.v
I got screwed over with my payments, apparently the information was wrong
they won’t even let me put my actual address saying they don’t ship to p.o. boxes like they don’t deliver it themselevs
I was at work trying to get a few hehe. After I added the items into my cart I started the queue and it went from 3 min to 35 then to practically a full hour. I dont get good service at my work so that could have been a factor. Fast forward to a few minutes before 7am, after waiting in the queue it took me back to the main page said my cart was empty. I tried again but didnt add all original items. This time it didnt take as long and was able to snatch 3 i wanted. The Powerline is one I wanted and got but I also liked the diamond edition but it was a bundle with a bag, I wish they would have had it by itself.

I still prefer the lottery system by the time I got to the checkout page law and kid were sold out my full time was around 32 minutes.
Bro I was in a queue first was at 3 mins n jumped up to 50. After that it said tht the owner of the website has banned you so I wasn’t able to get it. Very disappointing

I gotta say for the first time I dont agree with you skittle. You have to remember that the reason for the late communications and for the no quick add to cart or from scalpers and scammers. They are able to set up bots to buy endless amounts of pops and then crank up the prices on the aftermarket. You have to give those people zero time to prepare and unfortunately that means we as collectors have to get more effort. In the long run this was looking out for the fans. If they didn’t do this then way less people would get the pops at retail and the only happy ones would be the people who buy huge quantities and make money off of it.
Yeah I was in the incart right away and it told me wait 1 hour. I still didn't get it. I think in drop instead of incart they need to add buy now button to make it faster. My thing is how does a pop sells out of 5 minutes. How many law rides did they make? It was my first time trying to buy a drop. Just pay the high price. I did pick some pops but from the stores today except Walmart who said they don't have the shipment in yet. 😂😂😂😂
How can someone get access to that kind of exclusive items? Where they announce it I got an account on GameStop (I am new to this)
It’s just the fact that they had me log in twice in order to add both law and kid to cart and then for my Que to go from 5 minutes to 50 minutes it’s ridiculous same thing happens with roger
I can´t see my collection on the Funko app after the big website update, only the total price and it will not load the pictures when i click on a pop and i had problems with the login and i had to make a new password and my emails is getting thrown in my unwantet list without my permission.. i live in Europe
I had a plan with my wife and friend to get the 3 we wanted. Grab one each. My wife got logged out right before drop and my friend and I got to the checkout and our cards got declined.
kid was oos by the time it was my turn to checkout after 10mins from the initial drop. I had to remove it to be able to checkout law
I didn’t even have a waiting time I just checked out it was pretty smooth for me a least.

Had horrible luck, first issue was adding to card I got errors on both then went I went to checkout the page did a error so I had to reload page and when I got to checkout to payment my old info was saved instead of my new info yet after I tryed to purchase and got cart empty notice I went to account and new info was there and not old. Pass 2 weeks my payment info bounces back from old info to new info to both
Managed to grab the bugs soda since that was all I wanted but I grabbed the gojo for my girlfriend
Not to brag but I got law first and checked out with him by 9:01 with no wait time then logged out and checked my email then logged back in and put kid into my cart and purchased kid by 9:03 no wait time on so I didn’t have no wait time in either of the pops while my girlfriend got kid first and was added to a wait line of 25 minutes and I had no wait line and checked out before her 😂

Im really mad at myself because on went to bed around 10pm and had 2 alarms that are pretty loud and slept threw them and i missed law, it was at 12am for smh.. and i also missed on sunny and going merry so..
My favorite thing to watch every drop is all the guys that are trying to do the same thing on multiple tabs or devices and then complaining about how the website is broken. I used to work in IT, building and maintaining web servers, and when one person is on multiple tabs, browsers, or devices it just means that one person is using up 3 or 4 times the resources as needed, if not more. If you add up all the people that do this and you can see how the site gets basically DDOS'd every drop.
I know I'm not going to make any difference, but just wanted to inform those who are interested into one reason why the website is broken every time. This is obviously not the only problem, the new website where you have to navigate multiple pages to add stuff to your cart definitely does not help, but it would help tremendously if people would chill

Put things in cart right when it opened at 8am for me, then had to wait a hour and by the time I did my check out and filled out my order and click submit it went to a blank page and deleted my entire cart/ didn’t even submit the order and logged me out lmao.
Mine went from 3 to 30 min but I got my cube! Feel bad for anyone getting kid tho.

I was blessed on getting a ticket I got all wanted the sticker thing on boat was wack but I'm glad I'm not paying 300 for it it is what it is you win some and you lose some it went smooth

Let's be fair, funko shop exclusives always fail to make collectors happy, why doesn't just funko acknowledge that and just puts funko shop exclusives into stores? I know it's spring con but it would be easier for collectors this way.
