They are top athletes w regular training thats y can put till 32 lbs. Social players should not be so high, or else it will affect ur performance and easily gets injured. String tension isnt the higher the better but what is best suits u.
They use 32 because professional players can make sure they hit the shuttle with the focal point everytime and their smashing need to have power so they use high tension. Their racquets are often customize as well to withstand such tension. For normal players using such high tension it is likely to cause damage to your racquets because we can't be certain we hit the shuttle with focal point everytime and end up breaking your strings or your racquts end up breaking as a whole due to its inability to withstand such high tension.
