I mean, cool story. Customers aren't unloading late out of laziness in tanker. If they don't have room, a different detention policy isn't going to help 🤷♂️
Hey bud I’m coming to prime in the non edible tanker division September 6th. Been out of the game for 2 years. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. East Tx
I'm interested in Prime Tanker division, what are the physical requirements compared to the reefer division? Specifically height, strength and agility? I'm not weak, I'm just on the shorter side, I'm 5'6 Thanks!
Hello John Ogren. Congratulations on your anniversary. Would you care to tell me how much control you have on what time you leave the yard in Decatur? I am moving to Decatur this summer and I am trying to decide between Prime and another local company in town. A big factor is how much control I have over my schedule. Thank you good sir.
@@bigdad98 right prime you will go out for 5 weeks but although you may want to go fast to get out there for training and then getting your own truck upgrade that is the five weeks are good at Prime on a trainer's truck have you because is teaching you the ropes of the job hands on seeing how your trainer go through his daily routine you can either take from or learn from and create your own style as long as you're getting the job done most importantly being on time and not being late for pickups or deliveries
Nice review, you ever given becoming a trainer or instructor any thought? Mainly want to keep up with the dedicated and stay near home? Thx
Appreciate the video! How long does Prime want you to be company...before a lease?
There is no requirement or recommendation for being one or the other first
With detention Marten has an immediate detention policy which promotes shippers and receivers to drop/hook and unload/load quickly..

Limiting your schedule limits your ability to generate revenue.
I’m wanting to go to prime but Schneider is also recruiting me and not sure which to choose.
Do your research on student training between both companies..
