You're stronger than most of the greats were at your age. I think you simply train smarter and more efficiently for armwrestling. Generally training science evolves in sports and I think armwrestling is no exception. You're the next generation. Huge potential!

Great job man and just a suggestion, might want to tighten that strap that is holding the pulley to the legs of the table.... that pulley was lifting quite a bit on those last lifts, I'd hate to see hit snap and hit you in the face.
I think you should put the bolts in the back of your pully machine, when you lifted it, it looked like the back lifted a little bit, it looked a little insecure, just a suggestion! Nice video though
Many guys like Devon and John rest for 2 weeks before a match. Meanwhile Toddzilla keeps training until match day. He only lowers intensity and does more volume. You only rest for 3 days before competition. It shows that there's not one clear way to do things because everyone is different

The riser lift you were doing there is actually a backpressure lift? when the strap is below the knuckle would be a classic back pressure, coupled with rising up would be a posting back pressure? I was under the assumption that For riser the strap was supposed to come overtop of the index finger.
Thanks 😁 But the exercise you are referring to is not a back pressure lift exercise, as I'm isolating the riser by putting the big strap around my body. My back pressure is almost completely inactive while doing the exercise. I don't put the strap over my finger as it feels like they are being crushed, and I find that putting the strap just under my knuckles benefits me the most when it comes to strengthening my rising :)
If you train toproll, why are you doing your wrist from that position? you should do wrist while your hand is vertical, not horizontal. Hookers should do more horizontal wrist curls

It is almost the same thing, the pressure is still on my wrist and fingers the same way it would be if I did it vertically 😊
