Slow and steady wins the race. Been at it one at a time for over 40 years. I have an electric multi station for bulk ammo like 9mm and such but I prefer to load my hunting, target and self defense loads one at a time.
Nice. When I'm loading for precision, I weigh the load twice. I use a digital scale for speed, then for extreme consistency, I use an analog scale and a trickle charger to confirm the charge. When seating, I seat in three pulls. The first one is ALMOST seated, the second one barely makes contact with the holder and seating die, and the last pull has a measured 10 pounds of pressure, and between each pull I partially rotate the round. It improves concentricity. Then I do a very shallow crimp, just to improve the consistency of neck tension.
I see u handling the primers by hand. When i started loading in 1974, i had to many duds at first. I traced it to handling the primers on hot summer days when I'm sweating while loading. I got a primer feeder & all was well after that. Now i load for 65 cals including 50cal & 45x310Rmm cannon😊

years ago, a friend gave me a couple boxes of handloads for my 7mm rem mag. he had the identical gun as mine, a parker hale. my dad bought this one in 1967, the day i was born. and it became mine when i was old enough to shoot. anyway, i was using those loads that he gave me, and every time i shot one, my bolt would jam. never shot very many. i took the gun to a gunsmith, and it needed a new barrel, the chamber was blown out. could that have been due to those handloads? maybe too hot? or just coiincidence, and the barrel was due?
Stuck bolt is way too much pressure. I'd say no, your barrel wouldn't ruin from a couple of shots maybe from 10 really fast? You probably got played by the gunsmith.
@@jcows12 i don't think so. Once it did that the first time, every shot since, the bolt was jammed solid. I'd need to pound the shit out of it to free it and open the action. Since replacing the barrel, it's been like new again.

I shoulder bump my belted magnum brass as opposed to f/l resizing. Then use neck dies for bullet retention. Brass lasts a long time when done this way.
It's a lube. The brass expands when it is shot and you have to resize the brass before putting powder and a bullet in it. The lube helps it not get stuck while getting resized
Pistol or straight wall cartridge can use carbide dies which require no lubrication, but still can use lubrication. Steel dies and Bottleneck cartridges have to be lubed to not over stress, the brass, help the resizing effort, and does not allow the case to get stuck in the die itself.
Hornady spray case lube is the best I have found. The kind your using if you get a lil to much it dents the hell out of shoulder. Hornady don't seem too do that
