    I lived in Indonesia for 7 years, and I've always missed Gado Gado, one of my favorite dishes. We just made your recipe, and I can't stop eating. It's wonderful. I don't care if it's a 100% authentic; it's close enough and absolutely delicious. Thank you!!!!

    best way to hard boil eggs...start with them in cold water ..simmer on medium til it just comes to a boil, turn off the heat and put a lid on the pot...leave them in the hot water for 15 minutes and they are perfect!! Rinse with cold water :)

    No sir, nothing wrong with that. We do things big when it comes to working out the ol table muscle as well lol. Then again, we do like our food in the southern U.S. Since you responded, I just thought I'd let you know that I've referred several people to your channel. You make it so easy to cook any of the recipes that you show and there is such variety as well. Keep up the great videos and may flavor gods serve you well. Lol, take care.

    I'm Indonesian :) But I really proud to watch this vid. But can I give you some suggestions? It would be better if you make satay sauce from fried peanut. And also you should adding ,little bit garlic,tamarind,little bit palm sugar,chili,and salt. All of those ingredients can be blend by food proccesor. And you shouldn't adding coconut milk I guess. For the vegetables,you should adding spinach,water spinach,fried tempe and fried tahu (tofu). But it's kinda enjoy to see you made Gado-gado :)

    If you so badly want to get sateh/peanut/saté sauce from peanutbutter, which is very nice. I would not suggest using the ingredients stated in Nicko's video. As much as I like him, the flavor would come far away from the original. (unless that's what you want)
    I'd suggest:
    * Milk or coconut milk for your likeing
    * Sambal Oelek (or any other type, but this one is my favorite)
    * Ketjap or Soy Sauce
    * Some fresh garlic
    * Peanut butter ofcourse.
    Heat the milk and desolve the peanutbutter add rest.
