If you want to look around while moving you need to press the opposite button to the direction you look at. For example: If you want to look to your left, you need to press D to start walking to the right. This way your character will keep moving forward but you will look around. I'm doing this at 0:55, you can see that I keep moving forward but I also move my mouse a lot. If I would have kept pressing W for forward, my character would have moved in the direction my camera looks at and I would walk on one place. By pressing the opposite button I avoid it.
