I do follow Alex Hormozi, but you have done something solid and amazing. This is the best value from a small account I have ever seen

Targeting a 20% success rate for cold calling is absolutely unrealistic. As a closer and having worked as an appointment setter, the across industry average is about 1-3%. This is why marketing and tech like landing pages are so valuable.
Great video overall. Lots of value here for someone who's got the bank and determination to hit the ground running. It's clear you've learned well. Congrats on building something very impressive and to your success.

Amazing video ! Thanks for the precious info.
On the upfront amount that you charge to customers, just a quick note. When you charge upfront based only on the CAC, you are not profitable yet with the retainers fee. You need to take into account the cost to deliver the results.
When you are an agency and the only thing you sell is your time, but for most of the other businesses the cost to deliver the results can be huge. So anyone that is in that situation needs to know that number also to cover it on the upfront money charged to the customer.

CAC takes into account ad fees and cost to deliver (such as salaries, etc.). CAC is the total cost to acquire.
Therefore charging an upfront that covers CAC for 2 clients or more would indeed leave you profitable instantly on ever client after the 1st without accounting for your retainer/rev share fees.

"He who does not have something cannot give it." This proverb emphasizes that one cannot give what they do not possess, whether it be material possessions, knowledge, skills, or emotional support. It's often used to highlight the importance of having the necessary resources or qualities before attempting to share or provide them to others. This applies to many gurus like you !

Toussaint, amazing work brother. I can tell you are one of hormozi’s OG subscribers, back when he had less than 20k subscribers most likely. You’ve truly understood one of Hormozi’s guiding principles, give away massive amounts of valuable info, and sell the implementation. I know you’ve spent an ungodly amount of hours just entrenching yourself in anything/everything hormozi/gym launch has released. Pretty evident in the fact you’ve consumed their money models pdf. For that reason I feel like I’ve already spent countless hours learning about your mind. Just wondering tho: At what age did you know you wanted to take entrepreneurship seriously? How old are you señor? Did you finish college?

Thanks for this amazing presentation. I run a Travel and Lifestyle membership subscription club, how can I apply this model to increase sales? My system is structured to have Affiliates sell the memberships for a commission. My membership is a two Tier

Excellent content, Tousainnt!... I had one question... in softwares like apollo or instantly if I try to make a list of my ICP to target, I hardly get 1-2k potential prospects, which is obviously too low... and I have searched in other niches too and the results are similar... how to create much bigger lists of target prospects?... a list of 1-2k would exhaust in 10-20 days if we did 100 outreaches a day
