Last: I hope everyone will remember Sound Hashira Uzui Tengen and look at him as the role model of gentleness Good and kind heart. Also he sacrificed his soul and left arm to do the best for his last job for Gyutaro battle before he retired . 😉💪🏼

i've seen many people say the swords aren't realistic and you really changed that.
He is really good but I think the risk of cutting yourself is still high...if you look closely you will see the blade would actually cut him if they were real swords. Still amazing regardless given he only practiced this for only a short period.
Well its anime so it has to be crazy. But food for thought, if someone like Tengen existed, a hashira, a master, and their weapon of choice were these blades. I think you would assume that they’d understand how to use their weapon, and use it effectively. Otherwise Tengen would be cut up right now or dead
while being VERY impractical irl that doesn't mean they can't be used. you'd just have to learn by accidentally cutting yourself alot
And remember... Tengen's not just using those swords... HE USES BOMBS AND SLASHES THEM too

Fun as always my man! Question: having now messed around with this weapon concept, do you think the length of the chain is sufficient for you? Or would you rather the chain slightly longer?

I 100% need a tutorial on how you did the part from 0:58-1:14 because it was INCREDIBLE! I have some martial arts training but Id love to learn how to pull off that move!
Just use staff spinning lol
Practice with nunchucks and a stick or staff and u good to go. Dont try to spin the blades or else u might hit the blunt side on the enemy.

*edit: One thing I believe you can try is the part when Tengen just encountered Gyutaro. At one point, he hold the end of one sword with his fingertips, allowing to extend the range of the other end's slash.

I mean it looks so dangerous for the user, the edge alignment would be terrible when you rotate it for the chain and if you hit something it might bounce back to you and lose an eye, and the chain might limit your movement for certain strikes, it surely wouldn't be a weapon I'd choose to fight any skilled opponent, however, it is a beautiful weapon to show off and perhaps intimidate or slay your average barely trained muggers and bandits in a fantasy setting.
@@Champ_Archer Calm your ego man, I am not saying you have bad skills, if you want to test me pay me the ticket for the flight to your place (I know it will never happen ahaha), but jokes aside, it would be fun to try that weapon against another weapon of choice, I am trained in armed martial arts as well, the practical way, so I'd be cool with that to be honest.

@@Champ_Archer Don't worry, as I said, I absolutely don't doubt your skills buddy, you clearly train hard, I myself am not as skilled as you, but sparring with you would be a lot of fun for sure, I trained in HEMA in Italy, but I might travel to Thailand one day since I practice Muay Thai too, my comment was just about how dangerous to the wielder that weapon would be for real historical combat, I would never use it ahaha
But as a matter of skill, control of the weapon and "rule of cool" factor, you did great, it was awesome and very intimidating 👉👉
