I see , original Margarita Station restaurant spot , is still vacant , maybe 2 years or more now. Thats 2 yrs rent they did not get , whilst previous tenant is building a better business in a better building , further up the same road.
As far as I know, it is difficult to find tenant for the former Margarita Station because the rent is high and the place is not as popular as it used to be.

Much better Margarita resto now , further up the same road , excellent place , but problem , taxi ride to it. Worth it for the high grade food and pleasant ambience. Small number of pleasant bars nearby too : )
