I think there should be a law for exceptional cases like this and that honeymoon murder case where every clearly knows who the killer is so that no mental illness no lack of evidence can stop these criminals from getting punishment
I know this seems like a good idea but can you imagine if an innocent person was arrested even though there were no evidences? And then it won't stop at just one, but thousands of innocent people being arrested. It can't always be obvious. The laws are placed for a reason

to those who don't know what hole is- hole is an isolating chamber for single confinement. Yes it is used for misbehaving or very dangerous convicts. It is so small that you can't even stand there. Not even proper ventilation or light or sanitation either.
