Trust me..Montreal has become a dump since Valerie Plante and ' Vision Montreal' has been running things like it is a Sims game , enriching themselves all the while .
So, in my opinion, it seems like there are way too many cars for the scale of the neighbourhood. It seems like a small cozy town but it's completely ruined by automobile traffic.
Yes but that's because population has increased over the decades along with more and more "IMMIGRANTS" The traffic wasn't nearly this bad in the 1970's !
