Hello! I'm thinking of buying an Xbox Series S to play with Mouse & Keyboard but i'm reading that there used to be a lot of mouse acceleration. Is that still an issue? Have they fixed it? Thank you in advance
Honestly before I sold my xbox i would say yes there still is but i got a mouse where i could adjust the dpi settings so thats very helpful so i would just say honestly buy a gaming pc or laptop but if you cant just stick with the xbox. And other helpful thing is get a chronus zen or an adapter it will make it less acceleration and more smooth because you never know when or how you could get delay.
It really depends on your monitor I don’t feel any delay in comparison to my gaming laptop, but if you don’t have a good gaming monitor it will be bad.
It will have delay but if your gonna play on kbm I recommend turning off the controller sensitivity’s all to 0% even the advanced controller sensitivity but the dead zone keep it normal Edit: Same thing if you play on controller turn the kbm sensitivities all down to 0% because it messes with your controller sensitivity and you will be slower so i recommend turning all of them down to 0%
if your on xbox once you have your wired keyboard and mouse you need to plug one wire into the keyboard and the other wire at the end into a usb plug in the back of the xbox do the same with the mouse and you can use it. Sometimes when I plug my xbox off from the powerpoint my keyboard stops working but i need to plug it into the usb port at the front of the xbox then plug it back into the one at the back then it will work again. hope this helps. (p.s. if you're on play station i have no idea what to do because im a xbox player.)

you have to be in game for you to use kbm. if you in the home screen you can only use controller. I would see if there is any dust in the usb port, or you might have broken the port by applying too much pressure on it. I did this with my ps4 4 days ago and now i have an xbox lol. You can most definitely fix it though. Hope this helped!
