I totally understand the unbridled joy when you make food that tastes good. When you put thought, effort, and love into something and you’re so stressed it won’t work BUT it ends up bomb as fuck, the feeling is incredible. Fantastic job, Courage! Love the idea for the video. One thought that might take it up a step is next time once you have all the ingredients picked out, bring in an actual chef and you both cook a meal with those ingredients. Then compare the results.
